Lost of Handset with sim

Please note that i have lost my mobile Nokia 1200, EMI -356421029435854 with sim on 17-08-09 when i was going to Gkp civil court to office. Sim number is 9026340034.This handset was purchased from Shail enterprises Rustampur Gorakhpur on dated 20-01-09. Also note i have lodged a complaint in the police station cant thana Gorakhpur on 18-08-09. I request you to Lock my handset and Sim inform me immedietly.
