No Battery Back up

Dear Sir,

Before 1 months I have replaced my battery from nokia. My New Battery is BL-5CA (Serial No. is 0670495437995P35351300091). After using the Battery back up of my mobile gradually reduced. My mobile battery is ok . there is some problem is in my handset i was went to nokia care. MY handset is sent Delhi by Nokia care. My handset is not ok until. I m not satisfied by that handset. Plz give me any solution fastly.
