Eplacement battery not received

Sir,

I have not received the replacement battery which you sent through Blue dart courier service. Initially they sent an sms to come and collect the battery from their office but when I went, they could not find the battery. Later, when I again asked, they informed me that our area is not covered under their service and hence they send the battery back to Nokia.

Recently, I received an envelope from nokia which contains packings for battery but I found no battery there. There was also an instruction sheet which says I should send the old battery back to nokia packed in the battery packing which was inside the envelope. Then, we enquired the post office manager thinking that the postman might have taken out the replacement battery, but they also refused the charge.

I am at a loss and do not know what to do. Please help.
