This is to inform you that I have lost my Nokia 1600 Phone - Phone No 9446737925 and Phone Serial No.357953/00/888775/3 and with Item code No. 0525392 on 25/02 at about 4.30 P M while travelling in a bus from Kannur to Taliparamba (Kannur Dist, Kerala State, India). My self was using BSNL Prepaid SIM and by 5 PM on the same day I arranged with the BSNL Customer care to Block my sim Card. I have also obtained a duplicate SIM card from BSNL with the same Number to day on 26/02 . Now I request your goodself to make arrangements to LOCK the above serial No Nokia 1600 Mobile Phone with immediate effect so that the person who is in wrong possession of my phone cannot use it.
