We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The battery of the set is not giving backup and also not able to power up the set with the battery.. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the battery earliest. Also want to catch your attention that the phone no given to the job sheet for the nokia care is eaither went on ringing or coming switched off while trying to take any update regarding this.
