Sub:- Non-repair of Mobile set No. 353512025321529
Sir,
Mobile set No. 353512025321529 was purchased from M/S Emm Ess Regrigeration 38- Dhillon Marg, Model Town, Patiala vide their invoice No. 584 dated- May, due to battery problem it was taken to Nokia Care Opp: Head Post Office, Patiala for repair. The concerned agency has replaced the battery after 8-10 days but the problem was since present. The battery was replaced two times but the problem is as such. The mobile set is still under repair and the concerned Nokia Care Opp: Head Office, Patiala had assured me to resolve the problem and set will be delivered to me on 22-10. (Copy of service job sheet no. 233343506/081022/23 is enclosed), but till today i.e. 24-10 my set is not repaired. It is once again requested that strict action should be taken otherwise I shall go for case before Consumer Court.
