Invalid cut off of my balance

Espected sir / madom,

i have subscribe to the scheme 50 paise per call, accordingly BPL used to deduct 30 Rs. From my balance but since last month, there is the deduction of 30 Rs. at the end of month as well as deduction of 30 Rs in the beginning of the month.

please rectify the deduction you are doing for twice a month.
