The phone is not charging at all

Dear sir,

i have ur nokia mobile NOKIA 1661 GREY IMEI NO. 351943032022929 BATT NO> 06703364955400061220213983 & my CHARGER NO. (1) 4818719113160511359 (2) 4090499086020607872, 0675605. i had changed once charger they told me tht there is fault in charger but actually there is fault in phone i had talked once to them but they didnt give me response and they changed me charger then after few days again phone was not charging. IF we switch off phone and then switch on then phone charge but we have to do every time like this now u take kindly action against this .plzz
