Complaint of key pad

I am Prabhat Kumar wants to complain the customer care center in Micro Services B-30A, G.F. Kalkaji New Delhi. There Engineers are not able to repair my (Nokia 1662) mobile and my job sheet no.146433527/090930/61 & they do no pay attention towards our complain, they always said that

they have less resourses provided by NOKIA . This take too much time so we face much problem in that.
