My ac doesn't cooling properly

My self virender kumar r.o vpo assan kalan dist. panipat haryana. i have complaint about my ac problem to custmer care 0180-6453159. but they aren't come to my house to solve my a.c. problem date 25-08.time is 12.15 p.m. please solve my problem immidiately. waiting for ur call. thanks
