Sir,
I have given my Nokia 2505 handset for fixing a problem at your Mehdipatnam (Hyderabad) centre. I was assured of the work being done within 3 weeks. It has been over over six weeks (43 days) now and every week I call your Nokia care centre, they say that it has gone to chennai and will come next week. Practically, any problem should not take such a long time. I mean we are not dealing with some rocket science technology here. Its difficult for any consumer to manage without his phone for such a long time. If this is the customer service you provide, i dont think anybody will be willing to purchase or advise anybody for buying a nokia handset anymore. It will be great if you can adhere to this complaint at the earliest to restore little confidence of the consumers in your service mechanism. The details are
