I purchased one above model of nokia Phone from M/s Great Eastern, 2 G.T. Road, Uttarpara, Hooghly - 712258 on 23/7 vide Cash memo no. UP/CM/000642/08-09. But unfortunately my phone was out of order & already deposit to your service dealer M/s Anmol Electronics Service, P834/5 B.T. Road, Narendra Nagar, Kolkata 700 056 on 10/10 vide job sheet no. 147434038/081010/72. But in spite of several reminders still now I am not getting back my phone. As per your customer care information a new Phone have already send to your Service centre of the above mentioned address, but sorry to say M/s Anmol Electronics Service denied it. Please look into this matter & solve it urgently. My complaint no. 2-3F4UCH
