Cell block due to security code

Hello

due to security code in my cell i am unable to unlock my keypad. i have changed my code 4-5 times from the date of purchase, i..e 7-8. although my cell is under warranty period the dealers refuse to provide me a free service. please send me a solution as soon as possible.
