I am Bharat Sharma I purchased the Nokia handset 3110 before 3 months and the IMEI No. 356789022176612 on my handset suddenly switched off. I thought low batter I charged 2 to 3 hrs but my set was not getting on. So on 5/01 we gave this handset to your authorized service center at STAR COMMUNICATIONS 488/7, Near Nanki Gurudwara, Opp. Kangan Banquet Hall; Dilshad Garden, Delhi- 110095 Mob: 9868202786. I was following up with the customer care about my handset, later on 21.01.2009 I visited your website www.namscareonline.com with my job sheet no. 9879, but I got there is no Job Sheet No. 9879 which I have not received it yet. Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more.
So I request you to kindly take action against that care centre.
