Nokia3110
Display Problem

Dear Sir,

From last 10 days my Nokia cell phone Nokia 3110 display not working, when i had gone to the cutomer care they told me the problem is physical damage but in actual it is not happened.

I request you to solve the problem as it is in warranty period. I have given the mobile phone to Nokia care, Malleshwaram, Bangalore where they are asking me to pay Rs.1300/- towards display change. I have not used the phone for 2 months also. Please do the needful & look in to the matter immediately.
