Dear sir,

i bought nokia 3110C mobile (S.No: 358977014636333) on 25/11/07 in univercell cell shop in bangalore near Natraj theatre. i had a problem, i recieved one message on 24.11.2008 at 1.30 pm, when i open that message my phone display images and letters were scattered, after two hours my phone display totally gone to black screen. In the same time and now also i receiving the incoming calls and also i can make outgoing calls to whom number i knew.
