I had purchased a new Nokia 3110c on its IMEI No is 35681502287750. Afer 2 hours i found that earphone was not working without restart the phone and when i removed the earphone then earphone sign was remaining on the mobile screen.

i gave the handset to your auth service centre at: Ganpati Communications, civil lines Road Gurdaspur Punjab on 17/11. After two days they told me that your phone had been send to Delhi head office for maintenance. My Job sheet no is 222343506/081117/6. Pls confirm me that when i can recieve my Handset.
