Recharging Problem

Respected Sir,

I got some problem in my Nokia 3110c regarding charging (it takes more than 3 1/2 hours for recharging) from the day i bought it i.e. 23-05 (it's under warranty). Til now i have given my handset 'thrice' in Nokia Care (s) for repair. But the problem remained the same. Rather it's giving more trouble regarding hanging for which they suggested software update. This time i went to Sameer Music, E-5/1, Shop # 5 & 6, Opposite Habibganj police station, Ajay Tower, Bhopal on 17-02. They said that the problem is a bit complicated and the handset has to be sent to the higher office situated in M.P. Nagar, Bhopal and the mobile will be delivered in 10 days (maximum). Since then they have been postponing the delivery date by saying that the mobile has to come from higher office, some transport problems etc. Even though the problem exist, there should be some standby handset provided to me. Its already been delayed for 10 days and no replacement or standby been provided. I am very vexed with their behavior and so do other customers.

I thus humbly request you to kindly look into the problem and help/ suggest solving it at the earliest.
