I am Nitesh Kumar. I use NOKIA 3110c IMEI no. 358977013686883, ive brought it on 13th jan. It encountered a problem of insert sim card. ive given my phone to Nokia care jhansi on 10th jan. Nokia care jhansi says ur phone is out of warranty, but i showed my original bill and give a photocopy of bill to them. finally they submitted my phone, and says it will go to noida for repair. Now its been 3 months and i didnt have my phone repaired. the noida center returned my phone 2 times unrepaired to jhansi center. and nokia jhansi saying we cant do any thing even cant contact or say any thing to Nokia noida. Nokia jhansi still have my phone with them unrepaired. i didnt have taken my phone from them.
ive also mailed to Nokia India about this problem and they says they should repair ur phone . but no action is taken by them.
plz look after my problem my no is switched off from the last 3 months.
