Nokia 3110C
Not repair on time

Dear sir,

hi i am a panchal pragnesh, i have a complaint to you that i purchase nokia 3110c on date of 06/10 at a place of Nokia priority, chitra consumable enterprise pvt.ltd., 28, Advance plaza, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad - 04 & bill no is 69.

According to nokia care employee in this mobile music player socket problem & they solve in within one week. I gave him mobile to repair on date of 17/07 but till today they are not repair my mobile & they are tell me to repair mobile to take another 10 to 15 days.

so please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.
