Good Day,
I submitted my mobile phone (under warranty) for poor tower on 11.06.08, at Nokia care –R.T. Nagar, Bangalore, on vigorous follow-up on 26.06.08 care center given information that your mobile is beyond repairable, hence new mobile will be provide as replacement.
On 16.07.08 I collected the so called new mobile phone, inserted SIM & battery found lot of scratches on the screen also found lot of messages in inbox, lot of contact numbers (around 85) in mobile memory. Hence I conformed it is used mobile set.
Requested NOKIA Customer care officer / Product care office ‘Not to cheat the customers’ say the actual (I was expecting the repaired mobile). If this continues you may loose bunch of customer at every complaint.
