We are residing at Block no 42 in Vijaynagar Flats, Near Vijaynagar School, Naranpura. Ahmedabad 380 013. Your company have collected deposited for new PNG line in Nov./ Dec & you come to know that PNG connections are yet not given to the customers in our flats. Our representative have lodgged the complained for dealy connection in these regards & meet your authorised person in Memnagar branch, but no action been taken. So, we request either connect gas line before Diwali or refund the amount with interest.
