Respected Sir,

With due regards the following are brought to your kind notice & further necessary action, please:-

1. That I have have purchased Nokia 3110 mobile one month back.

2. My mobile charger gone out of order on 9.6.2008.

3. That I have visited your Nokia Care Centre (Neuron technologies), Hanuman Chowk, Bathinda on 10.06.2008 at 10.00 AM, but you office opened at 10.30 AM & a Madam sitting on counter asked me that your mobile charges are out of stock and asked me to come tomorrow at 10.00 AM and collect the charger. Again I have visited to your said centre at 10.00 AM, but the office again opened at 10.30 AM and some body named Bunty sitting on counter misbehaved with me and not replaced the charger on the plea that chargers are not in stock and given me receipt No.099 Dated 11.06.2008 with directions to come on Saturday.

It is not look like that Mr. Bunty will give me charger on Saturday also.

It is therefore requested that necessary instructions may please be passed on to the said centre for doing the needful. Your said centre may also asked to start working at 10.00 AM, so that we/people can also attend their office at time.

It is also brought to your kind notice that if my charger is not replaced, I am forced knock the door of consumer court.
