This is Dayanand. I have purchase a new Nokia 3110 classic mobile on 17.05.09.
This has a problem of switching of automatically. Then i can not switch on again. Will have to take it to the Nokia care & get it repaired. They tel it is a software problem. This has happened for 4 times in 3 months. I am also not using blue tooth in this mobile.
If this continues after warranty also, I will have to pay for each time. This will be highly impossible. I have requested the Nokia care people for replacement of Hand set. They have not promised me any thing but they told that they will raise a complaint requesting handset replacement.
How do i proceed to get a replacement for this handset? Is their any other way?
I am really fed up with Nokia care people. They are only giving me temporary solutions. They are not trying to solve the problem permanently.
I need the details to approach Nokia people directly (Not nokia care-they are just service providers for them).
