Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchased a Nokia handset Nokia 3110 Imei:352032025280535 From bhavnagar on 29th Feb. Suddenly I faced the blank screen problem with my handset. So I submitted the same to Bhavnagar Nokia Care center on 01st july with Jobsheet No.160434038/080701/28 and received back on 21st July evening and after 2 hours i have got same problem in my mobile and i again submitted my mobile at same service center on 22 nd july with job sheet no:160434038/080722/64. Till today (11 th sept) i haven't received the my mobile.
Every time when I talk to Nokia Care they donot reply satisfactorily.
Now Suggest what to do???
