Sir,

i had purchased nokia 3120 on 09/08 the problem occours on 15/11, the mobile get switch offed on 15/11 at the night time then i submitted my handset at the nokia care center Solapur. But after one day observation they are told the handset does'nt repaired this is handset problem. Today 21/11 at the 2:00pm contact to the custemer care they are told that You must submite the handset to nokia care to send to Company for further operation, then i will submitted at the nokia care. The job sheet Number is 396434038/081121/94.

So please kindly look at the above matter seriously we hope nokia care evertime to custemer.
