Not orignal micro sd card

I had purched nokia 3120 classic from shee krishna communication UG-5 apollo avenue, 30-b. old palasia, indore ph 0731-4700077 on Date 24/03. ofter that on 24/03 the micro sd card no work.then i had complent to nokia cear he sayed me shopkeeper not give you a orignal micro sd card

if you no take immediate action about this.

i will go to consumer court.
