Re:- Replacement of Nokia 3500c set Colour black
Sir i want to bring to your knowledge that i purchased the above-noted set last year. and from this may 09 a problem started that set was going to be switchoff automatically. Isubmitted this set twice at nokia care center, Allahabd (mobile hut). and at each time they send this set to their head office, and take one month each time in repairing. then i collected my set.and after 1st service in only after two days the same problem start, in same way after second service in four days the same problem started. Now i have submitted the set at nokia care center, malviya nagar office. all the jobsheeht details are given below

Since i have purchased the phone at a very dear price (for me), i expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that my faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
