I m anu from merrut n i have purchased a nokia 3500 classic on 15 august.an now i am having a problem with my set which is under guarantee period till now.
Its handsfree pin is not working properly.
i had gone to customer care centre, but they did'nt pay heed towards my problem, rather they ill treated me by not listening to me properly. They were saying that i have to deposit my set with them for atleast minimum 20 days, which will create a problem for me.
What would be the right decision to overcome this problem.
