I have purchased the Nokia 3500classic on 5th of April in chennai. In mid of july my handset hanged and i couldnt switch it on so i gave it to Nokia priority dealer Chennai. Though the problem was attended i had the same inconvinience within 2 days. Once again i approached the same dealer and they assured me of better service this time. But now too i have the same problem. I still hold my warranty periord. Kindly replace my handset with new one. I hope i could get a proper response atleast from you.
