About nokia 3600 battery

I have brought a mobile from nokia store (model:3600), i had taken it recently, with this mobile i am facing lot of problems, the battery is not working properly, so i have given it in the customer care., at chikkadapally, hyderabad, but the problem is that they r not responding properly, when ever i call them, they r postponing the date, it has being one month that i am facing this problem, so how do i get back my battery in proper condition..

if this is not sloved immediately i am going to report to press
