Defect in phone

Hello Madam/Sir

Last year i purchased NOKIA 3600 mobile phone its still in warranty period.

I am having sound problem with the phone, i have visisted all NOKIA CARE CENTERS in chandigarh and Panchkula area but no one is taking authority of fixing the defect although my phone is in warranrty period. I have been visting them since July. It is really very bad of such a big company behaving like this. Due to this sound defect of NOKIA 3600 i am facing many problems. Please look into the matter asap.
