ON/OFF problem

Hello sir

I bought nokia 3600 in 24-09. last two monts i got problem with my mobile . if i switched off my mobile again it wont switch on. I went to nokia care many times which is placed in front of sathyam cenimas they didnt do anything now they told its irreparable. I need respomsibility from you.

my job sheet number is312465550/090721/79. so do it anything otherwise replace it because within one year this mobile got this problem.
