Complaint for nokia care employees

I bought a brand new nokia 3600 slide phone in november and on 1 march it gave a message "contact service" when i turn it on, i submitted to nokia care sector 36, chandigarh and they told me that it cannot be repaired and its dead due to some physical damage which is not the case. i then got repaired my cell from outside and i am fully satisfied. now i want to teach nokia care employees a lesson and they will have to face the music. tell me how should i proceed
