Hello Nokia,
I would like to draw your attention towards the poor performance of Nokia 3600slide handset. I had got the phone last December and not even within one year my keypad on the slider was disfunctioning. My phone went dead and when repaired by Nokia Care, within one week (now) dere is dim display and none of the navigation keys and the call buttons are working. Even one of my friends who owns the same set is facing similar problems. So I kindly request you to look into the durability of the phones so that it is worth the money and for better customer satisfaction.
