Improper response

Hi,

I have purchased a Nokia-3600 slide six months back, and since then it has been 6 times defected sue to which i had given it to the Nokia care. The problem still persists with some additional physical damages caused to the phone.

When i asked for the replacement of the cell or wanted a communication with the higher authority, there was no proper response from there side.

There customer care is just a fake relief for the customer that they are looking into the problem, giving you new complaint nos. each and every time.

I would also suggest people to think twice before buying such products.
