Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that MY Nokia 3600 Slide which i have purchased in the month of October EMI No:355706022453610 has been sent to Nokia Service Centre at Vashi (Mumbai) & Indore for 6 times. As informed it is also sent to Noida Head Centre for 3 times. I am facing problems such as it gets hanged and automatically gets Swicthed off when i operate Camera, Music player. When i receive calls my own voice gets repeated and voice of speaker swings everytime. Radio gets switched off automatically. I am extremely sorry to say that the support i got from Nokia Support Team was extremely bad and my Phone condition was very well before submitting it to Nokia Centre.
Reverting to my above conversation with Nokia team they committed that if phone condition is not good after these many trials they will replace my cellphone. But the same isnot being done and have notbeen looked into.
Sir, I request you to please consider the matter and suggest for the further course of action or take proper action.
