Hi... this complaint is to inform you that i purchased nokia handset 5130 which was recently launched, just before 3 months... and now my mobile is switched off... its not working nd unable to charge the battery... when i shown my cell to nokia care in luckow then they have taken time of 15 days for repairing... as u know nobody can survive without a cell phone these days... there is no use to purchase nokia cell bcoz if the customer is facing problem in nokia cell its better to purchase the other brands cell... now there is no difference between nokia nd samsung... its a complaint either you repair my cell phone as soon as possible or u just replace my cell as there is any hardware problem in my cell as told by nokia care people. it was a worst experience i had after purchasing nokia cell... even i would not suggest anybody to purchase nokia handsets... no need to invest much money in nokia... bcoz i hve seen the result... when i need my cell the most as i m going out of station for one and half months then only nokia ditched so there is no benefit to purchase nokia... its quality is now diminishing much and they r even not providing proper service... i request you to kindly consider my complaint and please give me the response as soon as possible... bcoz i m in great need of cell.
