SIR,
I had a problem in my Nokia handset which got hanged. I was no able to open the set properly. Since it was undr warranty i visited the Nokia Customer care center in Kannur (Kerala). I had to wait for 2 hours for this Two minute job.
There were only 2 staff handling service and i saw people waiting there for hours.
I felt being guilty of a Nokia customer. This was not customers fault, You should increase the service centers or ask them to appoint more people to service.
I have been using several handset of Nokia and have been a loyal customer of Nokia.
But the way they treated me was very bad. I don't expect such a negligance from Nokia.
