Nokia 5130
Hand set not working

Dear Sir/Mam

I bought a new handset of Nokia 5130 @Rs.5900 from BASRA TELECOM, JALANDHAR.(CANTT). I bought it on 28th June

and its IMR No. is 354179/03/951954/5.

I bought this handset with a trust of your brand name, but dealer (SHALIMAR SALES, MTS NAGAR JALANDHAR) said some kind software problem so better you should contact to customer care.

I have no option left. So please do me a favour rest consumer court on discussing with lawyer is second option.
