About the phone memory of 5130

Dear Sir,

i would like to inform you that the set 5130 xpress music has the major problem of phone memory,

i m also using the same set and it has almost 29 mb of phone memory but it shows only 1 mb..

please find out the solution of this problem and please tell me the solution...
