NOKIA 5130c-2&-product code 0577793
MOBILE NOT YET RETURNED

Sir,

I have bought a nokia mobile (IMEI NO. 356053033492504, PRODUCT CODE 0577793, GSM, MODEL NAME 5130C-2) on 24-08-09 from barasat, but after a day I found that the FM radio is not properly worked. So I have submit it to barasat nokia care named MANASI sethpukur barasat. They give me date again and again to return the set, but till date I cant return my handset.

I have already complained against it, but not yet resolved.

Kindly look in to these matter.
