Sir,
i have purchased a nokia 5200 few months back, now it has showing some weired problems are as follows
1) MMC Card not working
2) Ringing tone issue
i have submitted the nokia 5200 on 4/12.
Nokia Care Center: Tunni Telecom Roorkee (India).
sir. it has now been since i am posting this complaint to you
22/12.
i contacted the Tunni telecom and they said that the set has been gone to Banglore (india) for further repair.
when i checked the nokia care website, it is showing that
Your case is been closed- Repaired
Now please tel me what should i do
should i take a legal action against them
or wait for their answer.
