Dear Nokia,
I have purchased a nokia 5200 phone and it got some problem. i visited to nokia care and submitted it on FEB for repair. its 5month since i have given my phone to nokia care, center at Rajajinagar 4th block bangalore . when i call to that center they just reply that it is under replacement. neither i have another handset nor nokia has provided one. Mr. Ajeet who is incharge for that centre when i call to mr. ajeet always sir next week now already 5 month over for replacement Nokia need 5 month, i dont think so Nokia has its own reputation, but it shows bad impression on its esteemed customers.
