Yesterday i have recharged for gprs service by 303 at 6 o clock to use internet in my personal computer but i had not got service upto next day on calling to custumer care they replied you have to send msg ALL to 55100 inspite of sending msg i didn't receive any settings i process same 5 times on instruction of custumer care result was zero. i called more than 15 times to custumer care to solve my problem every body gave different solution as follows
1 your phone has some problems.
2 your recharge is not available till now
3 you are passing our time
4 ask to retailer we dont know
5 please write manual settings three times i got manual settings differently
5 the names are as follow yogesh, swapnil... etc
6 first time ever i receive such a pathetic conditions
