Service not provided although in warranty

Respected Sir,

With due respect I would like to state that I Parag Sarkar a customer of NOKIA have submitted my Mobile Phone Nokia 5200to Am mobile telecom service Pvt Ltd for servicing of my said set

(job sheet no 624/57) for repairing of my Radio and Network problems on 24th June hence I was called for delivery of the said mobile phone today i.e 16th July where I found the mobile set demonstrated the same problems as earlier. There fore I request to look in to this matter at the earliest

possible time.
