Not returned by service cente

{1}hy, my name vinod vaishnav . i am buy a moblie 5220 on 6 octumber after two days mobile is not working properly and after that i give it to nokia service center("simplex service center, jodhpur, rajasthan").

{2}service center told that my mobile is come in 14 days but after 32 days there is no response.

{3}target delivery date 6 nuvember 2008 is also expired.

{4}i complaint to nokia care center online but there have no good response & they suggest me to collect my mobile from service center on 11 november.

{5}please sent me suggetion what i do after 11 november.

i am very frusted after buying a nokia mobile.

HELP ME SIR.
