Mobile with a Blank Screen, Restarting Problem, Speaker Problem

Sir,

This is to Inform you that i bought a Nokia 5220 Express Music Phone from Sector-5, Dwarka Location.

Mr. Ashu, Who sold me the phone said this phone is a good phone and has no issues. But the day i bought the Phone, my problems started so i went and informed him about the same. On the Next day it started giving me problem. He asked me that if it gives furhter Problem and let me know.

so after using the cell phone for a month it was showing a white screen. As he sold an additional warranty pack for the phone so on 5th November i submitted the phone at HOTSPOT sector-5. Still i am waiting my phone to be repaired and still i have not received any call from them. Please do the needful for the same.
