The phone gets hanged up too frequently

The phone simply gets hanged up, and that too very frequently. I think that its more frequent when i use the headset. Then the only option left to bring it back to working condition is to restart it. At times, the radio does not work. Then too i have to restart the phone. I switch off and restart the phone about 10 - 12 times a day... Its too bad from the side of a well-established omany like Nokia to have produced such a poor quality system. Please see to it that necessary steps are taken to redress the grievances, Thank You...
