Espected sir,

I am one of the Nokia mobile users for the past 10 years. All my family members are using only Nokia mobiles and I also recommended my friends & colleagues to go for Nokia.

I had trust on it before but not now… I am sorry to say that… Because you people made me to do so.

I am really Sorry to say that I lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA..

I never had such a worst experience from the NOKIA CARE..

Let me explain the problem sir,

i have nokia 5220 express music cell phone. my cell phone camera was not working properly camera was showing stand by mode, i went to nokia servicing center {simplex service centre} {sardarpura, jodhpur, rajasthan} for checking my phone cell phone on date 28 aug-09 after 1 hour i got the number and talk to exicutive tell him my problem that my cell phone camera was not working properly please chek cemera was showing stand by mode i think some key was locked my phone ia working properly, he told me that i m checking wait for 15 minutes after 15 minute he told me that we have to upgrade new soft ware n ur charge will be 331RS for that after new software ur phone will be ok, my job sheet no -204433527/090828/25

i have no option i told ok i will pay for that but i want my cell as soon b"coz my totally busniess on phone they told me that it will take time u have to come after 5 days we will call u .i leave my cell there, after 7 days no reply from there so i call to service centre and ask my cell status they connect my line to engnieer MR.rahul he told me that we have to take dead approval from u

i shock y sir i have give u cell in running condition and i have only the problem of camera he told me that ok i check and repair ur cell but u have to wait for 10 days more b"coz we will sending ur cell to out jodhpur and after 15 days when i call some mem pick up the phone and i tell her that please check my status of my cell she told me ur set is dead u can collect ur cell .i really shocked how my phone was dead then i go to service centre and talk to MR.RAHUL and talk what is this sir ur telling that we r upgrading new software in ur and now ur telling ur cell was dead it will not repair, i told mr rahul that this is cheating with the consumer i will complain to ur head office and go to court all staff was laughing on me i leave my cell there and go from there. they damage my cell phone sir,

I had terrible and bad experience in customer servicing with the Nokia... Care... Not only me I found most of the people who come for serving face a terrible experience... Like no proper response when we give a call... or they disconnect the call while speaking... They spoil the name of Nokia...

Note: Important: If I don't receive proper response from this Mail I am going to take severs action against the company through legally and also I am going to publish an article on all the local newspapers.

And finally I kindly request you people all those who represent NOKIA to give right Information to customer and commit yourself what you say... Or don’t spoil the Brand name"...

See the loyalty to the customer it not me suffered there are many customer like me….

i hope u will take some action on thjose people who spoil the name of nokia

I need a Solution for this….

If any one of the concern person directly from Nokia contacts me will be highly appreciated…..
